Vinod Annukaran - Weekly activities

Vinod is an IT consultant with one of the world's largest consulting firms. He handles the Weekly activity planning at BVP. This includes ensuring coordinating with the school administration on what help do they exactly need, arranging for volunteers, making sure that expectations are clear, so that the activities happen regularly and contribute towards academic improvement. He also controls the individual student fund collection. This can ensure that a child a years education!




Ashish Balure - Reading improvement
Ashish is an IT consultant with one of the world's largest consulting firms. He handles the Reading skills improvement at BVP. He has the important responsibility to make sure that 6 students from standards 1 to 6 scale up to normal relading speeds. He defines the measures to use, the methodology to be used, and the timelines. His win would mean these kids feeling a "understanding what's going on in the classroom" for a change!!





Rashmi - Computer Trainer
Rashmi is home maker. Deepak Sharma is her lucky husband. She handles the Computer training for the staff at BVP. This will enable them to communicate using emails and introduce more efficiency into the system

Vinit Singh - IT process implementation
Vinit is an IT consultant with one of the world's largest consulting firms. He handles the Process excels implementation at BVP. The process excels are the critical back bone to make sure that performance can be tracked, measured and corrected. If this fails, everything fails!







Pratik Bhabad - IT process implementation
Pratik is an IT consultant with one of the world's largest consulting firms. He works along with Vinit on the critical process implementation aspect.









Nikhil Soni - Electricity and Technical needs
Nikhil is one of the new team members and is already making his presence felt. He is taking care of arranging the backup electric supply needs, and the technical equipment









Swapnil Khairnar - Extra curriculars planning
Swapnil is an IT consultant with He is working hard to come up with ways to measure children's engagement, and create mechanisms to provide opportunities to extra curricular talents.

Nidhi Singh - Social Media and extra curricular planning
Nidhi is a Digital marketeer by profession. She puts it to great use by handling all the 3 digital platforms for BVP to ensure that our friends stay updated on all the happenings. She also works with Swapnil on the extra curricular thread

Vijayraj Kamat - Overall lead
Vijayraj is a manager with one of the world's largest consulting firms. He handles the overall work at BVP and works closely with the management to understand their needs and help achieve them.
